Disabled Platform Lift
The Platform Lift is aesthetically pleasing and also a comfortable, convenient, cost efficient solution which provides safe
smooth travel between floors for all passengers but particularly for those with impaired mobility.
Available in a range of finishes to complement its surroundings, the Platform lift can travel up to 9 metres at a speed of 0.15m/sec - and its controlled
acceleration and deceleration at each landing, give the platform lift a distinctively smooth ride.
The platform lift complies with all National and European codes including, the draft code EN81-41 "platform lifts for people with impaired
mobility". The lift also meets the requirement of Uk Building regulations, allowing owners of buildings to install products,
which meet the legislative requirements of the Disability Discrimination Act (DDA). The company takes an active part in the
drafting of the European Standard and the relevant parts of the building regulations part M.
As a responsible company, LTR naturally encompass all aspects of health and safety requirements, which are fully compliant
with health and safety codes of practice throughout Europe.
