SPECIFY YOUR PASSENGER / GOODS LIFT
The requirements of passenger / goods lift follow the same principal as that of passenger lifts. Some important questions should be discussed, these are as follows:

The type of goods needs to be taken into consideration when considering doors. You can have power opening or manual shutter, however, if you require the lift to meet DDA requirements, it would be difficult to meet with manual shutter doors.

Choice of drive systems are Hydraulic and Traction. Larger goods lift over 1000kg tend to be hydraulic, with flexibility with motor room location and reduced headroom.

Lift car interior can range from painted sheet steel, plastic coated steel, brushed stainless and pattern stainless. Protection from damage can also be included in the form of timber, plastic or stainless bumping rails and the inclusion of chequer plate floor for added protection.
