- Standard Contract
This contract is ideal for many customers whose lift, escalator or
moving walkway is only for light to moderate usage and is not critical
to the operation the building or business. It allows the costs of
a service agreement to be spread out over the year and enables control
of the service maintenance budget.
This contract offers a complete planned preventative maintenance
schedule, the frequency of the visits to be governed by your individual
needs.
There is also the option of having any Tests, Surveys or Examinations

- Comprehensive Contract
For those customers whose lift, escalator or walkway is integral
and critical to the operation of your building and business and is
continually in use then the Comprehensive Contract has been designed
to offer extra peace of mind.
This Contract builds on the Standard Contract and focuses on keeping
your lift, escalator or walkway in reliable and good working order.
It provides you with not only a planned preventative maintenance
schedule, but also breakdown callouts as part of the total cost.
This enables you to know the exact cost of a contract for the year.

- Fully-managed Contract
The Fully-managed Contract is designed with corporate customers in
mind.
If you hold a portfolio of buildings and require a service provider
who can offer both national coverage and meet individual site requirements,
then LTR can tailor this contract to suit your needs. It offers a
fully comprehensive service inclusive of maintenance visits, breakdown
callouts and a choice of various tests and examinations to be included
as part of the contract. This contract type aims to provide the customer
with the benefits of economies of scale that are inherent in all
major contracts.
