Moving Walkways
Traditionally located in airports or a public transport environment
LTR supplies a TÜV-tested and approved range of moving walkways available
in both horizontal and inclined applications.
In conjunction with some of the major supermarket retailer’s LTR provide
inclined moving walkways to enable shoppers with fully loaded trolleys
to safely access upper floors. This has enabled many of today’s major
supermarket stores to convert roof space into mezzanine floors significantly
increasing valuable floor space, whilst at the same time creating an
aesthetic feature within the building.

Designed to transport large volumes of people from one level
to another, the Inclined Moving Walkway can be successfully
used to also transport shoppers with their trolley or in
other environments where people and trolleys need to be
moved in numbers between one level and another. |
Normally associated with International Airports the horizontal
version of the moving walkway is designed to increase the
movement and capacity of people in public buildings and
transport systems. |
